Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • basic computer skills
  • positive attitude
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • flexible schedule availability
  • ability to complete required training and certification
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
  • comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes humid environment
  • ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • willingness to work with moving mechanical parts and near wood-burning smoke

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide the most memorable dining experience through fun and engaging guest interactions
  • ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages
  • pre-bus tables to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • stock service areas with necessary supplies such as coffee, tea, and ice
  • create authentic southern hospitality experiences that keep guests coming back
  • maintain composure and efficiency during busy and stressful periods
  • participate in cross training opportunities as available, including bartending duties
