Job Requirements

- related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- basic computer skills
- positive attitude
- ability to multitask efficiently
- flexible schedule availability
- ability to complete required training and certification
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes humid environment
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- willingness to work with moving mechanical parts and near wood-burning smoke

Job Duties
- Provide the most memorable dining experience through fun and engaging guest interactions
- ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages
- pre-bus tables to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- stock service areas with necessary supplies such as coffee, tea, and ice
- create authentic southern hospitality experiences that keep guests coming back
- maintain composure and efficiency during busy and stressful periods
- participate in cross training opportunities as available, including bartending duties
