Job Duties

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management for seamless operation
Adhere to uniform and grooming standards representing the hotel brand appropriately
Process payment transactions and use point-of-sale systems efficiently
Prepare meals to order following recipes and maintaining quality
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain consistency in portion sizes, plate presentation, and flavor profiles
