Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant server or related role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- excellent customer service skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic math skills for processing payments

Job Duties
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of our quality menu items
- passionately delivering accurate orders while partnering with other team members to ensure all our guests feel at home
- providing friendly, well-paced and attentive service
- creating authentic connections with guests to foster guest loyalty
- collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service
- handling cash and processing payments accurately
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
