Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least some experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- strong customer service skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good personal hygiene and neat appearance

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations by ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
- be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- promote teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match their dining party
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- report equipment and facility problems to management
- follow correct table bussing procedures
- follow safe work practices to ensure personal and coworker safety
- perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- follow local health department laws
