Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of full service serving experience
- Must hold ServSafe, Food Handler's, and Alcohol certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, traverse stairs, and bend frequently
- Ability to use Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with integrity
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of full service serving experience
- ServSafe certification
- Food Handler's certification
- Alcohol certification
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations in a positive manner
- Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Be proactive with greeting all guests in the theater before they request for service
- Answer Plex Call System in a timely manner to further assist guests
- Embody nice and amazing service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, addons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings
- Greet guests and say goodbye to guests whenever possible
- Demonstrate passion, commitment, and integrity at all times by running food and beverages, bussing trays and cleaning seats, and helping other team members whenever possible
- Ensure all food orders are inputted rapidly and accurately in point of sale system and check back with guests to ensure they have received their orders and everything they need to enjoy their meal
