Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Must have good vision and peripheral awareness
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible and irregular hours including nights and weekends
  • Must practice good personal hygiene and appearance
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Basic math skills to process orders and handle transactions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to please guests
  • Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Provide menu suggestions and answer guest questions using acquired menu knowledge
  • Deliver hot food promptly ensuring accuracy, appearance, and temperature
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and dining room areas
  • Perform side work including rolling silverware, restocking supplies, and bussing tables
  • Engage guests actively to ensure 100 percent satisfaction
  • Communicate with Manager on Duty regarding service issues and propose solutions
