Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Must have good vision and peripheral awareness
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible and irregular hours including nights and weekends
- Must practice good personal hygiene and appearance
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills to process orders and handle transactions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to please guests
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and respectful manner
- Provide menu suggestions and answer guest questions using acquired menu knowledge
- Deliver hot food promptly ensuring accuracy, appearance, and temperature
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and dining room areas
- Perform side work including rolling silverware, restocking supplies, and bussing tables
- Engage guests actively to ensure 100 percent satisfaction
- Communicate with Manager on Duty regarding service issues and propose solutions
