Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
- capable of safely lifting up to 25 pounds
- willing to comply with health and safety protocols
- able to work flexible shifts
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and positive attitude
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner
- take accurate food and beverage orders and make recommendations
- anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs
- deliver food and beverages in a timely and courteous way
- handle transactions, including processing payments and providing change
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations
- comply with all health and safety regulations during service
