Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED certification
Must be at least 18 years of age
Food handler’s certification
State alcohol certification
Previous experience preferred
Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to work in environments with loud noise, flashing lights, and repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

Food handler’s and state alcohol certification
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Hospitality-minded attitude with friendliness and outgoing nature
Previous experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and attentive dine-in experience
Assist guests with menu selections and offer recommendations
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest tables throughout the dine-in experience
Clear empty dishes, refill drinks, and provide additional items as requested
Promote additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit card, or other payment methods
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Maintain cleanliness of the dine-in area and server stations
Assist with closing duties, including restocking supplies, cleaning
Other tasks as requested
