Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous restaurant server or front of house experience preferred
- ability to stand and move quickly for up to four hours
- good sense of balance with ability to bend, kneel, and lift trays and pans
- capable of making correct change and handling charge card transactions
- compliance with health and safety regulations
- readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, and booth seats
- experience transporting plates, glasses, and baskets within the restaurant
- basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills
- physical mobility required throughout the shift
- capacity to transport glass racks and cases weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery system
- greet guests and answer questions about food, drinks, and service
- interact verbally with guests to create a friendly atmosphere
- relay orders to service bar and kitchen via point-of-sale system
- observe guests and respond to additional requests
- present guest checks and process payments accurately
- assist in clearing and resetting dining room tables
