Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC Certification for serving alcohol
- Texas Food Handlers Certification

- Clear and effective communication skills for taking orders, interacting with guests, and coordinating with team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and make recommendations accordingly
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring that special requests and dietary/allergy restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that orders are delivered accurately and meet the restaurant's quality standards
- Monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal
- Refill drinks, clear empty plates, and ensure that tables are clean and organized
- Present checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Escalate any unresolved issues to management as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station, dining area, and other workspaces
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed
- Assist with opening and closing duties and sidework as assigned
