Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and care
- Serve food and drinks promptly, professionally, and with a smile
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including safe serve practices
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns quickly and courteously
- Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service every shift
