Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1 year serving experience
TABC certification
Food handlers certification
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle money and follow detailed instructions

Job Duties

Greet guests, explain our service model, and answer questions about the menu
Make recommendations for food, drinks, and activities
Make drinks and take orders electronically or manually, and work with the team to deliver food and drink in an efficient manner
Understand and comply with health/sanitation guidelines and alcohol standards and communicate all concerns to management including issues with guests, staff, sanitation, safety, inventory, and respond to complaints efficiently
Complete other tasks as assigned and have a flexible schedule able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Participate in the active environment of Serve, with employees averaging around 10 thousand steps per day
