Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Six months of server experience
  • Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work on feet up to 10 hours
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English

  • Comfortable speaking about food, wine, and wine club programs
  • Passion for hospitality and team collaboration
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

Job Duties

  • Arrive on time and in proper uniform standards
  • Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service
  • Use the POS system and handle payments accurately
  • Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service
  • Serve food and drinks with speed and care
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen, hosts, runners, bartenders, and managers
  • Welcome every guest warmly and tailor the experience
  • Educate guests about the Wine Club and invite them to join
  • Jump in to help the team and maintain workflow
  • Find small ways to delight guests and create memorable moments
