Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others

- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Take accurate food and drink orders and provide menu recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor guests during their meal to anticipate any additional needs
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
