Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and provide menu recommendations
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor guests during their meal to anticipate any additional needs
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
