Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
- able to pass yearly team certification
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
- good personal hygiene and grooming
- willingness to work long hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior server experience
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- ability to sell alcohol and food items responsibly
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- basic computer skills for order entry and payment processing
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
- serve three to four tables as determined by management
- have complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- use a computer to ring orders and process payments
- interact with guests in a friendly and hospitable manner
- check identification of guests and comply with alcohol service laws
- maintain cleanliness and reset tables
- observe guest behavior and report concerns to management
- report to work in a neat and clean uniform
