Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol screenings
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and all major holidays
- Must have at least one year of previous hospitality, restaurant, banquet, or special events experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- May be required to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
- California Food Handler certification preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Assist with the set-up and tear-down of dining areas for events and cruises
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests
- Maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area, including bussing tables as needed
- Accurately process guest payments using point-of-sale systems and complete required transactions
- Verify guest identification and monitor alcohol service in accordance with ABC policies
- Demonstrate sound judgment when determining if alcohol service should be discontinued
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns within scope of authority
- Exercise flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Notify supervisor and/or security of unusual events, incidents, or safety concerns
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
