Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year restaurant experience preferred
- Valid food handler certification
- Valid alcohol beverage control certification
- Must relocate to Salt Lake City, UT 84105 before starting work
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to work day and evening 8-hour shifts
- Must be punctual and maintain professional appearance
- Ability to abide by company policies and state and federal regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare dining room by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Assist patrons by presenting menu, suggesting cocktails and appetizers, explaining chef's specialties, identifying wines, and answering food preparation questions
- Record and transmit patron orders to bar and kitchen, noting special dietary needs and requests
- Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression
- Serve orders by delivering meals and accompaniments from bar and kitchen
- Respond to additional patron needs by observing and inquiring
- Maintain table settings by removing completed courses, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and managing spills
- Conclude dining experience by acknowledging patron choice of restaurant and inviting return visits
- Obtain revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, and returning change or credit cards and signature slips
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
