Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating credit card machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an advantage
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Maintain accuracy in handling financial transactions and credit card operations
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures and address intoxicated Guests appropriately
- Greet newly seated Guests and take food and drink orders accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer Guest questions
- Enter orders into Micros system promptly and correctly
- Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated areas
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Buss and reset tables as needed
- Assist other Team Members as needed
- Handle sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
- Participate in sales incentives and contests
- Follow portion guidelines for cost control
- Ensure ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery and maintaining drink levels
- Keep station clean and organized
- Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members
- Communicate effectively with Guests to enhance their experience
- Demonstrate ability to operate Micros and handle monetary transactions
- Follow company dress code
- Listen and communicate clearly with Guests and Team Members
