Job Requirements
- perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- comply with company rules and policies
- ability to stand, walk, sit, or work for an entire shift
- pass background check and/or drug screen if required
- follow safety and security procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- customer service-related work experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage and menu
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- cash handling experience
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- positive demeanor and adaptability
Job Duties
- taking orders from and serving food and beverages to owners and guests
- setting tables according to event and service standards
- answering questions on menu selections and checking with kitchen staff
- checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintaining cleanliness of work areas and practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- presenting accurate checks and processing payment
- following appropriate procedures for serving alcohol
