Job Requirements
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- must be able to move and process information quickly
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 years experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel
- possess good math skills and ability to operate POS system
- effective communication skills with all levels of staff and guests
- positive and proactive teamwork attitude
- working knowledge of the English language
Job Duties
- Ensures service standards and proper execution
- displays expert level knowledge of menus and guides guests through the dining experience
- communicates clearly and effectively with managers, employees, guests and purveyors
- operates POS system efficiently
