Job Duties

Greeting patrons and creating a welcoming environment
Mastery of food and bar menus to provide accurate information
Taking orders from guests and accurately inputting them into Toast POS
Handling cash and processing credit/debit payments correctly
Stocking server stations with essential items such as silverware, dishes, napkins, and takeaway boxes
Cleaning and refilling table caddies with condiments like parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes
Assisting food runners and expo team members during high volume hours
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure order accuracy
Reporting any issues such as incorrect orders, spills, or unsatisfied customers to management
Cleaning tables, chairs, and highchairs
Sweeping and mopping floors
Taking out trash
Setting up and breaking down server station for shift success
