Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol or as per state regulations
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills
  • Adherence to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards
  • Teamwork driven
  • Obtain all required local, state, and federal certifications
  • Passion for service and hospitality
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Successful completion of position validations including training on safety, systems, and menu
  • Ability to operate Point-of-Sale system and handle money accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Experience operating a Point-of-Sale system
  • Teamwork-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards and procedures
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Understanding of alcohol service laws and compliance
  • Ability to complete company-required training successfully

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service
  • Develop a strong understanding of the menu to suggest and customize service
  • Record guest orders and enter them accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
  • Handle money transactions, return correct change, and close checks
  • Serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
  • Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
  • Check guests’ identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Memorize menu items and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks
  • Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines and rolling silverware
  • Assist in other tasks including prepping desserts and salads, restocking supplies, cleaning restrooms, and bussing tables as needed
