Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures
Job Duties
- Cleaning and preparing dining room ensuring tables, seats, and floors are clean and organized
- Greeting and seating customers promptly while addressing special needs
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the Point of Sale system
- Suggestively selling menu items including appetizers, beverages, and desserts
- Delivering food and drinks to tables efficiently and courteously
- Monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the meal and responding to requests
- Performing closing duties such as cleaning, restocking, and resetting tables
- Assisting with carryout and delivery orders as needed
- Performing side work and maintaining salad bar areas where applicable
