- must be able to pass team certification yearly
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- availability to work long hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
- frequent hand washing required

Job Duties
- sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
- serve three to four tables as determined by management
- have complete knowledge of restaurant’s food and beverage preparation
- sell alcohol and food items responsibly
- use a computer to ring orders and process payments
- interact with guests in a friendly, fast, and hospitable manner
- maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant including side-work and resetting tables
