Job Requirements

  • must be able to pass team certification yearly
  • must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • availability to work long hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
  • frequent hand washing required

  • ability to handle multiple tables efficiently

Job Duties

  • sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
  • serve three to four tables as determined by management
  • have complete knowledge of restaurant’s food and beverage preparation
  • sell alcohol and food items responsibly
  • use a computer to ring orders and process payments
  • interact with guests in a friendly, fast, and hospitable manner
  • maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant including side-work and resetting tables
