Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Physical ability to exert mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or server role is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
- Take accurate orders and make menu recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines including wearing protective coverings
- Assist team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
