Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work effectively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- strong multitasking and teamwork abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
