Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- ability to follow directions and work well with others

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- anticipate and respond to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about products and promotions
- assist other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding service
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- report equipment and facility issues to management
- follow proper table bussing procedures
- adhere to safe work practices to ensure safety
- maintain cleanliness standards and comply with local health laws
