Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • ability to follow directions and work well with others

Job Qualifications

  • previous customer service or restaurant experience is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • anticipate and respond to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
  • demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about products and promotions
  • assist other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding service
  • perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • report equipment and facility issues to management
  • follow proper table bussing procedures
  • adhere to safe work practices to ensure safety
  • maintain cleanliness standards and comply with local health laws
