Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- State-mandated beverage service certificate required where applicable
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior server experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen precautions
- Must have or obtain required beverage service certification where applicable
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting and seating guests warmly
- Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system
- Uphold cash handling procedures and ensure payment accuracy
- Practice safe food handling and maintain allergen awareness
- Follow company policies and deliver a consistent dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to upsell and promote offerings passionately
- Obtain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
