Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to effectively communicate with others
- capable of exerting well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
- safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- willing to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, or masks throughout shifts
- able to wash hands frequently using disinfecting soap
- able to use disinfectant cleaning supplies as required throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- commitment to upholding company values and providing exceptional customer service
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and drink orders and provide menu recommendations
- anticipate and promptly address guest needs to ensure satisfaction
- deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
