Job Duties
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of our quality menu items
- Passionately delivering accurate orders while partnering with other team members to ensure all our guests feel at home
- Providing friendly, well-paced and attentive service
- Creating authentic connections with guests to build guest loyalty
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area
