Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- Take and deliver food and beverages orders accurately
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Handle payment transactions and process tips appropriately
- Follow all health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and sanitizing hands frequently
