Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-energy environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Be aware of guests' needs and make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
