Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- reliable transportation
- reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- mobility required during entire shift
- ability to clean tables, floors, and booth seats
- flexible schedule
- previous customer service experience an asset
- previous serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- deliver food and drinks to guests using the team delivery system
- greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
- interact verbally with guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- relay orders to service bar and kitchen via point-of-sale system
- observe guests and respond to additional requests
- present guest check and accept payment
- make correct change and complete charge card procedures
- clear and reset dining room tables
- clean table tops, legs, pick up debris, and wipe down booth seats
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, bar, and kitchen
- maintain mobility throughout the shift
- perform other duties as needed
