Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays, plates, and beverages safely and confidently
- Prior serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience with every interaction-warmly welcoming, anticipating needs, and ensuring guests feel valued throughout their visit
- Present the menu with enthusiasm and knowledge, highlighting chef features, drink specials, and any current promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and attention to special requests, allergies, or modifications
- Possess thorough menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings
- Effectively communicate with culinary and bar teams to ensure precision and timing of service
- Manage the pacing of each table to balance comfort, flow, and volume demands
- Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and organization of tables and sections before, during, and after service
- Handle all payment transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling, credit card processing, and gift card transactions
- Support fellow team members by pre-bussing, running food, and assisting as needed to maintain Red Door's high service standards
- Maintain awareness of the entire dining room by anticipating needs, reading guest cues, and assisting proactively
- Uphold all Red Door standards of professionalism, appearance, and hospitality-always representing the spirit of Leave your troubles at the door
