Job Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours as required
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks related to serving and cleaning

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Honolulu Liquor Commission Card (Bartender's Card)
  • Valid ServSafe Certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and service flow

Job Duties

  • Provide warm friendly and attentive food and beverage service to all guests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive welcoming presence on the floor
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits wine champagne cocktails beer and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Accurately take guest orders enter them into the POS system and communicate effectively with the kitchen
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Close out checks accurately and follow all cash handling and credit card procedures
  • Set reset and maintain tables and dining areas according to company standards
