- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- State-mandated beverage service certification in applicable states
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Compliance with food safety and cash handling policies
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of safe food handling and allergen awareness
- Ability to operate POS systems proficiently

- State-mandated beverage service certification in applicable states
Job Duties
- Serve guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Practice safe food handling procedures
- Maintain awareness of food allergens and take proper steps to ensure guest safety
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- Uphold cash handling procedures
- Maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
