Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service exceeding customer expectations
- Have extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
- Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards
- Ensure accuracy with guest orders to guarantee satisfaction
- Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and seize opportunities to WOW customers
- Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed
