Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Six months restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Must be available to work holidays and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs periodically
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and walk
  • Must be able to work with all Denny's menu items

Job Duties

  • Prepare guest selections following set recipes and brand standards
  • Present food on great looking plates
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Honor guest requests for special orders
  • Correctly call the wheel to prioritize food preparation
  • Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as required
  • Monitor waste and control food costs
  • Assist other team members proactively
  • Provide total guest satisfaction
