Job Requirements

- Experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and terminology is an asset
- Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly going over the food and bar menus, recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's features, and identifying wines in accordance with training
- Thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions
- Making managers aware of any special accommodations such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen
- Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests
- Completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
