Job Requirements
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Permit or ability to obtain
- Team-first mindset and willingness to support others
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Ability to work in a busy, sometimes noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing service role
- Working knowledge of dining room service standards and procedures
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in continued learning around Japanese cuisine and beverages
Job Duties
- Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
- Guiding guests through the menu including sushi, beverages, and specials
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure timely and consistent service
- Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
- Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
