Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery
- Process payments and provide correct change or receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
