- Previous serving experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Apply cheers at every table by greeting guests promptly and setting expectations
- Prioritize guest experience over task completion
- Build rapport with guests through conversation
- Anticipate guest needs including refills and special requests
- Manage section flow and communicate effectively with hosts and managers
- Close the guest experience with gratitude and clear payment processing
- Guide guests through the menu and make personalized recommendations
