  • Previous serving experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Apply cheers at every table by greeting guests promptly and setting expectations
  • Prioritize guest experience over task completion
  • Build rapport with guests through conversation
  • Anticipate guest needs including refills and special requests
  • Manage section flow and communicate effectively with hosts and managers
  • Close the guest experience with gratitude and clear payment processing
  • Guide guests through the menu and make personalized recommendations
