Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and nonverbally
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and improve through coaching

- Restaurant or serving experience preferred, Comfortable selling and making recommendations, Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, Ability to work nights and weekends, Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed, Professional energetic and guest-focused demeanor, Willingness to learn and apply coaching in real time
Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS at every table, Guide guests through the menu by explaining layout and highlighting signature items, Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell based on guest preferences, Identify first-time guests and regulars and tailor service accordingly, Communicate guest insights to teammates such as celebrations and timing needs, Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift, Complete opening and closing duties accurately and on time
