Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- physical mobility to move and operate within work area
- ability to lift and carry food trays up to 25 pounds
- willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- dependable and punctual
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic math skills for handling payments
- knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- suggest menu items and upsell specials
- take and relay accurate food and drink orders
- prepare food items as needed
- collect payments and make change
- clear tables and reset for next guests
- resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to management if needed
