Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a server in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical stamina to meet restaurant demands

Job Qualifications
