Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- commitment to teamwork and customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player with a positive attitude
- reliable and punctual
- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- carry plates, glasses, and baskets safely between kitchen and dining areas
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- handle guest transactions and ensure accurate billing
