Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team and multitask
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • proficiency in using POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant
  • suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • deliver food orders promptly and efficiently
  • ensure customers are well attended by offering refills and clearing unused items
  • present and process bills in a timely manner, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • adhere strictly to all food safety regulations
