Job Requirements
- minimum high school education or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to learn and adapt
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- compliance with company policies and health regulations

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

- greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- show appreciation and connect with guests through positive interaction
- comply with health and safety regulations
- support team members as needed
