Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physical stamina for prolonged periods of mobility and lifting up to 25 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- willingness to maintain hygiene standards including frequent handwashing
- availability to work flexible schedules
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- handle guest payments and process transactions efficiently
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation
