Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • physical stamina for prolonged periods of mobility and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
  • willingness to maintain hygiene standards including frequent handwashing
  • availability to work flexible schedules
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling payments
  • commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
  • ability to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
  • anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • handle guest payments and process transactions efficiently
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation
