Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the US
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good physical stamina for standing and walking during shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to questions and resolving complaints
- Collaborate with front of house team members including bartenders and hosts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle payment transactions efficiently
